Land Registry Applications

We can make Land Registry applications to implement the property related work which we undertake, such as the gifts or legacies of land or the severance of a joint tenancy.

Our fees

*** this will trigger the need for the title to be registered and such additional work would be undertaken separately by a conveyancing solicitor who would charge extra for this. We would recommend a conveyancing solicitor who could undertake this additional work for you.

Fixed fees may be less than stated if the matter is very straightforward, but will be more than stated if the matter proves to be involved or complex. We will advise you of any such fee variation at the earliest available opportunity and before any additional fees are incurred.

All fees quoted above exclude any disbursements (i.e payments to others required to progress the matter), which you will  be advised of at the earliest opportunity.

Any further advice and/or assistance in this area will be charged at an hourly charging rate of £150 plus VAT, with a quote or fee estimate being confirmed once it becomes possible to estimate the volume of work involved.

Whilst we do not undertake conveyancing work (i.e the buying and selling of property), we will be pleased to recommend a local solicitor who can undertake conveyancing work where it is needed.
