We are happy to act as an independent solicitor in administering the signing of legal documents prepared by another solicitor, where the document needs to be notarised by a Solicitor or Commissioner for Oaths practising in England & Wales.

Our fees

Fixed fees may be more than stated if the matter proves to be involved or complex. We will advise you of any such fee variation at the earliest available opportunity and before any additional fees are incurred.

We can also refer you to a Notary Public where the legal document is for use in a foreign jurisdiction.
